TWO Services is a cleaning and maintenance company that initially approached us to undertake some design changes to its existing marketing materials.
Before we started working together, TWO Services was struggling to create and maintain a focused marketing strategy. This was largely because of the day-to-day pressures of running the business. The company was also finding it difficult to recruit catering engineers, mainly because its strong reputation wasn’t communicated well enough to would-be employees.
How we helped
Over time, we’ve worked with TWO Services to gradually overhaul the company’s branding. We’ve also conducted brand awareness campaigns and improved the clarity and impact of the firm’s client communications.
Although we were originally commissioned to deliver relatively simple design changes, we have evolved to become TWO Services’ trusted marketing partner, helping the company to fulfil deeper strategic objectives. We’re deeply proud of the impact of our work: the company has won a Build Magazine award, seen a marked improvement in its bottom line and now has a significantly improved reputation and profile. These days TWO Services has few problems recruiting catering engineers: the firm is now regarded as ‘the one’ to work for!
