– Background

Take the Stage exists to give students from dance and performing arts schools the opportunity to showcase their talent in some of the UK’s most prestigious theatres.

Why? Because many big-name theatrical venues are no longer accessible to young talent, simply because of busy professional demand and high commercial hire costs. Take the Stage started life in 2016 and, from the outset, asked Garda to help get the word out about the new venture.

How we helped

Garda worked with Take the Stage to develop an attractive and engaging brand, designed to appeal to its target audience. We also designed and built a brand-new website, enabling schools and students to find out more and sign up for future shows.

Every year, Take the Stage’s shows reach out to new young people and they generally sell out within half an hour of tickets becoming available. We have helped to maintain the momentum by providing the company with new marketing materials and merchandise, as well as designing and printing each years’ show programmes.
