Social networks are now a big part of the landscape when it comes to branding. Websites are important, but how often do customers or clients visit once they have bought a service? What’s more, they don’t often allow you to have conversation with your audience. So when leading fit-out client Brown & Carroll wanted to combat some misguided market perceptions, they asked us to look at their online options.
After doing some research we established that professional network LinkedIn was the most suitable channel for them. We devised a strategy for managing their reputation and communicating with their target audiences and for the last 6 months have been implementing that strategy with great success.
By sharing targeted and relevant posts we are steadily increasing their followers, (up 250% so far) and have generated engagement from senior decision makers and influencers at key organisations. Thanks to LinkedIn, Brown & Carroll are in better control of their reputation and are getting noticed for all the right reasons.
